Integrated Management System Policy

Transcoma Grupo Empresarial considers the following activities to conform to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards:

Shipping agent. Freight forwarding agent. Warehousing of ship and offshore platform stores and equipment. Services to vessels and platforms. Fuel trading intermediary. Wholesale trade, non-specialized, of materials and supplies, foodstuffs, beverages, and tobacco. Ship repair (shipyard and afloat, industrial works — boilermaking and welding — and metal structure assembly). Logistics operator. Storage and handling of dangerous goods. Customs warehouse, ADT, DDA, and LAME.

National and International Freight Forwarding (air, sea, and land). Cargo consolidation and groupage, international transport. Customs procedures. Warehousing and distribution management. National and international transport management (land, air, sea).

The Policy statement establishes the following guiding principles:

  1. Commitment to comply with applicable requirements, including legal requirements.
  2. Based on the strategic guidelines defined in the context analysis carried out, the company's objectives have been established and communicated at all levels of our structure.
  3. Maintain an effective Integrated Management System, fully integrated into the organization's business processes.
  4. Establish measurable and quantifiable improvement objectives in order to ensure and demonstrate the continual improvement of the integrated management system.
  5. Manage processes that reduce the environmental impact of our activity and proactively assess the environmental impact of new activities or services.
  6. Promote the rational use of natural resources and a clear awareness of protecting our environment, not only through our own work but also by involving all our suppliers and customers.
  7. Commitment to the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution and the sustainable use of resources.
  8. Develop continuous training programs aimed at the better qualification of our employees, involving all personnel in achieving the objectives established in this document.
  9. Commitment to providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
  10. Commitment to the continual improvement of the management system implemented in the company.
  11. Foster and achieve a motivating environment for all members of the company.
  12. Commitment to eliminating hazards and reducing risks.
  13. Commitment to consultation and the participation of workers.

Management makes this Policy accessible and available to its customers, all employees, suppliers, and interested parties.

The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with the system reviews carried out by Management, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and information received. In this regard, Management provides and will continue to provide all the human, technical, and financial resources necessary to achieve the objectives and targets that are established.
